The City of Burbank has partnered with Hera Property Registry to administer its Foreclosure property registration program. In order to comply with the foreclosure property registration ordinance, all mortgagees must register online via Hera Property Registry Portal and pay a registration fee. Please Register with Hera Property Registry.

New stickers must be displayed by midnight May 31st. 100% penalties apply June 1st. New vehicle purchases and new residents have 30 days to purchase at regular price. Proof of purchase date and/or closing documents are required for verification. Please note the City of Burbank requires all expired stickers to be removed from windshield.
