It is with deep regret that we
announce the passing of our City Clerk, Betty Trovato. Betty has
worked for the City of Burbank for 27 years starting in the
Treasurer’s Office. She was the first women elected to an aldermanic
position in 1993, and in 1995 she became the City Clerk. She has
lived in Burbank for over 40 years and her passing has left a void
in the City, she will be deeply missed. Betty was preceded in
death by her husband of 38 years, Peter Trovato and is survived by 4
children and 13 grandchildren
