Applications are made available at City Clerk’s Office, 6530 W. 79th Street, Burbank, IL Monday thru Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Application fee is $25.00 (non-refundable).

Applications will be made available starting Monday, June 2, 2008 at 9:00 A.M. and must be returned by Friday, June 13, 2008 at 5:00 P.M. CT

Qualifications are: 21 years of age at time of application; ability to read, write and speak the English language; must possess a valid driver’s license; a high school diploma or a G.E.D. equivalent and must be a certified paramedic at time of application.

The ranks of FF I and II must be obtained within 18 months of hire.

Starting salary is $50,312.00.

All applicants must attend an orientation meeting at the Burbank City Hall – 2nd floor – Council Chambers. On June 17, 2008 at 7:00 P.M
