The following incidents were listed among the official reports of the Burbank Police Department. Readers are reminded that an arrest by the police does not constitute a finding of guilty. Only a court of law can determine whether an offender is guilty or not guilty of the offence with which he or she has been charged. All court dates are for the Cook County Courthouse in Bridgeview. Unless otherwise noted individuals arrested are afforded bail/bond in accordance with current state statue (725 ILCS 5/110-7) Deposit of Bail Security. Those that are unable to post/deposit bail security or are charged with offenses that mandate a court appearance as rule of law are transferred to a bond hearing at the Cook County Circuit Court 5th District Located at 10220 S. 76th Ave Bridgeview, Il 60455. The Circuit Court bonding dispositions are not maintained by the Burbank Police Department, all bonding information may be obtained by calling (708) 974-6800. For further transfer information or status of any case filed please contact the Fifth Municipal District Courthouse.

09 Jan 12 – Driving W/o a Valid Driver’s License

Anthony Paulauskas, M/42 yoa, 8327 S. New Castle Avenue, Burbank, IL has been charged with driving without a valid license and speeding following a traffic stop in the 8600 block of Laramie on the listed date at 8:20 A.M. Paulauskas has a pending court date of February 16th, 2012 at the 5th District Courthouse in Bridgeview.

08 Jan 12 – Driving W/o a Valid Driver’s License

Jaraslov Kalafut, M/22 yoa, 7040 W. 86th Street, Burbank, IL has been charged with driving without a valid driver’s license and improper overtaking on the right following a traffic crash in the 7000 block of 86th Street on the listed date at 5:05 A.M. Kalafut has a pending court date of February 8th, 2012 at the 5th District Courthouse in Bridgeview.

08 Jan 12 – Driving W/o a Valid Driver’s License / Warrant Service

Frantisek Hudarek, M/22 yoa, 6941 W. 97th Place, Chicago Ridge, IL has been charged with driving without a valid driver’s license following a traffic stop in the 6800 block of 79th Street on the listed date at 2:35 A.M. Upon further investigation it was learned that a passenger in the vehicle, Anton Badovsky, M/21 yoa, 6941 W. 97th Place, Chicago Ridge, IL had an active warrant for a conditional release violation on a DUI charge issued by the Cook County Sheriff’s Police. Both subjects posted the necessary bond. Hudarek has a pending court date of January 24th, 2012 at the 5th District Courthouse in Bridgeview.

07 Jan 12 – Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault

Luis Egoavil, M/73 yoa, 2020 W. Schiller Avenue, Chicago, IL has been charged with predatory criminal sexual assault on the listed date following an investigation by the Burbank Detective Division. Egoavil was held pending a bond hearing at the 5th District Courthouse in Bridgeview.

07 Jan 12 – Driving Under the Influence

Guillermo Contreras, M/19 yoa, 7927 S. Major Avenue, Burbank, IL has been charged with driving under the influence and driving too fast for conditions following a traffic crash in the 5000 block of 78th Street on the listed date at 2:00 A.M. Contreras has a pending court date of January 24th, 2012 at the5th District Courthouse in Bridgeview.

05 Jan 12 – Driving While License Suspended

Arturo Arriaga, M/21 yoa, 7146 W. 72nd Street, Chicago, IL has been charged with driving while license suspended and disobeying a stop sign following a traffic stop in the 8300 block of Meade Avenue on the listed date at 9:50 A.M.
