Parking Ticket Amnesty Program

The City of Burbank and Illinois Collections
Services have partnered in an Amnesty Program to assist you in resolving
your outstanding parking ticket fines.
By City Ordinance, any parking ticket that reaches final determination via
the adjudication process is assessed a fine in the amount of $250.00. These
tickets are then referred to Illinois Collection Services (ICS) for
disposition. This follow-up can include liens against your property and
reporting to credit agencies.
In addition, parking tickets issued to single violators that reach 10 or
more tickets are eligible to have their driver’s license suspended.
Currently, there are over 200 violators’ licenses suspended based on their failure to
pay parking tickets fines. Please, don’t be the next one.
This is an opportunity to wipe the slate clean.
Simply contact Illinois Collections Services (708-857-7600) and advise them
that you would like to take advantage of this opportunity. The ICS
representative will be happy to assist you by taking your payment and, if
you qualify, they can set up payment arrangements.
If you choose to take part in the Amnesty Program, you must commit. If you
miss one payment on this Program it will be considered a default and will
nullify the arrangement. Once all outstanding fines are satisfied, your
account will be considered in GOOD STANDING and any negative results (i.e.suspended driving privileges, vehicle immobilization, or credit reporting)
will be recalled.
Please mail your check or money order, payable to Illinois Collection
Services, to:
